Key Points:
  • Left fighting stance:

Left leg (front leg) Axe Kick
Right Cross to the head
Left Hook to the head
Spinning Crescent Kick (right leg)

  • Remember a axe kick needs to be high and brought down either on top of your opponents head or collar bone.
  • Shuffle in for the left hook
  • Practise this 4 point combination as one fluid motion, not just 4 individual moves.
