  • This pad routine is excellent for increasing hand speed and practising being in close whilst punching.  The moves:

    Left Jab
    Right Cross
    Left Hook
    Roll under right hook
    Left Hook
    Right Cross
    Slip Left
    Left Uppercut
    Right Cross
    Roll under left hook
    Right Cross
    Left Hook
    Right Cross
     
  •  Practise the moves in the three separate parts, then link them all together and perform in one fluid go
