- Use
your WHOLE range of skills—don't
forget to use evasion techniques,
slips, rolls, feints, fakes,
parry's, shuffles, pivoting as well
as arm blocks and leg blocks.
- Do
not use full power—you are aiming
for fluid combinations.
- Try
to keep a 50:50 balance of kicks to
punches. Don't favour one or the
other. Be a complete fighter and be
equally strong in both.
- Keep
up on your toes and MOVE AROUND!
- If you can, shadow kickbox in front of a full length mirror
